Mmk, so I took this from
, because I have nothing to do with my life
When did you get into art?
Since forever. All of my aunts and uncles draw, so...yea. Crayons.
What art-related sites have you ever signed up for?
Just deviantart. Too lazy for anything else. I'd probably get kicked off other websites due to inactivity.
Show us your oldest piece of art you have on hand.
Well, I would show you a traditional art piece from when I was 10, but I don't know where it is. So you get this nastiness.
What defines your artistic style?
Unfinished-ness. Not quite sure whatcha want here...
Do you practice other styles/have you tried other styles in the past?
Yea, of course! I don't like to abandon progress in one area. If I'm good at it, I want to perfect it, and then I can move on. Or I can practice other art styles and perfect them at the same time. I've still got a long way to go with everything.
What levels of artistic education have you had?
One 9-week 6th grade art class, and 2 years of highschool drawing classes. I'm going to be taking a commercial art class this year!
Show us at least one picture you drew or sketched recently that you did not put on a public site
THIS. Sorry it's crappy quality and not the whole picture, but I had to hold it up close to my laptop camera for it to be seen.
What is your favourite piece that you have done?
It was a Mother's Day present that turned out much better than expected.
What is your least favourite piece that you have done?
I was trying to draw a friend and this abomination happened. I love my buddy. I hate this picture.
What do you like most about your art?
I like my eyes.
What do you like least about your art?
I despise how I draw bodies. If I'm drawing a bust, it's different. Full bodies? Yea no.
Have you ever considered taking commissions?
Well, it's crossed my mind before, but I don't think I'm good enough for that. Now if someone wants to pay me to draw something for them, I'm not gonna turn it down. Opportunities should be taken. But I'm not gonna start that unless someone specifically states that to me.
Are you looking to pursue a career in art?
No, not really. I don't think that I have enough talent for that at all.
What do you like drawing the most?
Mermaids, eyes, flowers, random things, little cartoons
What do you like drawing the least?
I hate drawing full bodies, realistic noses, teeth, and legs. I'm ok with hands.
Do you draw more fanart or original art? If fanart, what fandom do you draw the most of?
I draw more original art. I kinda suck with fanart
What would you absolutely refuse to draw?
At this point, portraits. I don't want to embarrass myself. Maybe I'll draw them in private, but definitely not for someone.
What is your purpose for drawing?
It's an amazing outlet. I express myself a lot through art that I draw, even if you can't see it half the time.
What medium/program do you use the most in your art?
Pencil, definitely. After that is colored pencil, then charcoal, then marker, then pastel. I currently can't paint worth a shit.
How would you rank your art? (poor, mediocre, good, etc.)
Mediocre, but I think that I'll get better.
Do you believe there is such thing as "bad art?"
Yes. I know that you're gonna be bad once you first start, but not having talent is not having it. I might not have much, but I can tell the difference.
List at least one of your "artspirations."
Music! I usually need the right mood to draw something, and my music sets that mood with ease.
What do you think you could stand to improve on?
Everything.
Do you have a shameful art past? (recolour sprite comics, tracing art, etc.)
Well, doesn't everyone? You know you've done at least one thing wrong. I once attempted to recolor something and it just didn't work out, so I gave up.
Draw a picture!
NO.
